About

Built where the work happens

EndpointEMR was not designed in a boardroom and then shown to a medspa. It was built inside one: a working aesthetic practice in South Florida, where the scheduling conflicts, the expiring vials, the unsigned consents and the end-of-day reconciliation were not user stories but Tuesday.

That practice ran on the same pile most practices run on, a booking app here, paper charts there, a card terminal that knew nothing about either. The gaps between those systems were paid for in front-desk hours and missed revenue, so we stopped paying and built the one system we actually wanted: scheduling, charting, payments and inventory that agree with each other.

EndpointEMR is made by Endpoint AI, LLC. The practice that shaped it is still running on it, every day, which keeps a useful pressure on us: when something is slow or unclear, our own front desk tells us before any customer has to.

What we hold ourselves to

The practice is the laboratory

Every feature runs a real front desk before it ships. If a screen slows down a checkout with a client standing there, it does not survive the week.

Your records are yours

Charts export completely, any time, and an unpaid invoice never locks a practice out of reading its own records. Software that holds medical records hostage is not software we were willing to build.

Your money never touches us

Card payments settle into each practice's own Stripe account. We never hold client funds, which means we can never be late giving them back.

Calm is a feature

Medical software shouts: badges, modals, seventeen tabs. A treatment room is calm and the software in it should be too. We measure our interface in clicks removed, not features added.

Talk to us

Questions about the product, a migration, or whether it fits your practice: write to us and a person who has stood at a front desk answers.
