The questions owners actually ask
What happens after the trial?
You enter a card and keep going. Days you did not use carry over: converting early never costs you trial time. If you do nothing, your records stay readable and exportable; only booking and charging pause until you subscribe.
What counts as a seat?
A person who can sign in: providers, front desk, your medical director. One seat covers all of that person's devices — phone, tablet, computer. Clients are unlimited, patient-facing kiosk iPads need no seat at all, and someone who leaves your team stops counting the day you deactivate them.
What happens when I add staff or a location?
Nothing to configure: invite the person or open the location, and your subscription adjusts automatically with prorated billing. Each location includes 2 seats; beyond those, seats are $50/month.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Card payments settle into your practice's own Stripe account, and you pay Stripe's standard processing fees directly to Stripe. Our price is the subscription, full stop.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your own billing page. You keep access through the period you paid for, and your records remain exportable after that. We do not hold charts hostage; it says so in the contract.
