Our commitment

EndpointEMR aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website, the public booking pages practices share with their clients, and the application itself.

Accessibility is not a project we finished; it is a property we maintain. New pages are checked for contrast, keyboard access, heading structure and motion behaviour before they ship.

What that means in practice

Text meets AA contrast against its background, and decorative color is never the only carrier of meaning. Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Pages use semantic HTML with one h1 and an unbroken heading order, form fields carry visible labels, and images carry text alternatives.

Animation respects your system's reduced-motion setting: with it enabled, content appears without movement. Nothing on the site autoplays, flashes or imposes a time limit.

Where we are honest about limits

The application behind the login is a dense working tool, calendars, charts and point of sale, and parts of it are harder to serve perfectly than a marketing page. Where a screen falls short of AA we treat that as a defect to fix, not a footnote to accept.

Found a barrier?

Tell us and we will fix it. Email support@endpointemr.com with the page and what happened; a person reads that inbox, and accessibility reports are treated as bugs with priority, not feedback for a someday list.
